Jesus Was Born

This picture is for you Dad :). Ah, the sweet smell of an artificial Turkish Christmas tree.

This is a picture from the Christmas party at Laura Beth and Callie's house. They did a wonderful job hosting the party and all of the girls had a great time. Pinar is seated front-middle in front of the Christmas tree. The eats included chips and salsa, a cheese ball with crackers, blonde brownies, baklava, Christmas punch, and sugar cookies. We played a fun game, similar to musical chairs, but passed around a present until the music stopped and then unwrapped a layer. Each present had about eight layers :). I am certain this particular evening will always stand out in my memory.
