I decided to dress the part and at some point even had on my village pants. We are making börek in this picture. The filling is a potato mixture with some other delicious secret ingredients.
From left: Elif, Eda, Özlem. I am in this picture as well. I know...you thought there was a Turkish woman with a rolling pin down front. Vicki was our faithful photographer and joined us later on for the meal once everything was complete.
